Here you will find an overview of the most important protective measures:

AT THE HOTEL

  • Our employees wear hygiene masks in all areas of the hotel
  • Since 19 October, hotel guests are also required to wear masks in all public areas. An exception to this rule is in the hotel rooms
  • All contact points and storage areas as well as door handles, light switches etc. are regularly disinfected
  • There are disinfectant dispensers for guests’ use in all public areas
  • Where necessary, floor markings are made to maintain the recommended minimum distance
  • All contact points and storage areas as well as door handles, light switches etc. are regularly disinfected
  • Our employees are trained in protective behaviour, in the use of protective material and in special cleaning
  • Our employees also keep the distance rules among each other whenever possible and regularly disinfect their hands
  • The public rooms are regularly ventilated
  • Our detergent contains disinfectant solution

IN THE RESTAURANT

  • We record the contact details of all guests. These are stored securely and destroyed after 14 days. In the event of infection, the guests will be contacted immediately
  • In the restaurants there is a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between the tables
  • Two seating sessions are offered in the restaurant from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and from 8:15 pm on
  • A maximum of 4 guests can sit at one table, with the exception of families

IN THE SPA

  • A mask is required in the common rooms and public rooms, but not in the sauna, steam bath or on the loungers
  • The maximum number of people in the respective areas is reduced and written down on site

CANCELLATION POLICY

General cancellation policy

  • Free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, after that 100% of the total amount will be charged
  • Special cancellation conditions over Christmas / New Year: Free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, after that 100% of the total amount will be charged

Cancellations due to regulations by Corona (Covid-19)

  • In the event that the Swiss government has issued a travel ban to Switzerland for your country of origin with regard to COVID-19 after you have made a definitive booking, closes Swiss borders or you have to go into quarantine again when entering Switzerland, the aforementioned cancellation period does not apply and you can cancel your booking free of charge. If an advance payment has already been made, it will be refunded upon request or retained as a credit for future stays
