Prices
Our prices are per night and room, including a generous lodge breakfast, Wi-Fi, and use of the spa area with steam room, sauna, and relaxation room. VAT is included, but tourist tax is not.
room occupancy
Upon your arrival, your room awaits you as of 3:30 p.m. On your departure day we would like to ask you to leave your room by noon. We are happy to store your luggage, should you arrive earlier or if you would like to enjoy the Engadin a little bit longer on your departure day. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
KIDS / ADDITIONAL GUESTS IN THE SAME ROOM
For a child or additional adult in the same room:
up to 5 years: free
6 – 14 years: CHF 49.00
15 – 99 years: CHF 98.00
Prices are per person per day, including breakfast.
cancellations
Free of charge until 7 days before arrival, after that 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Special cancellation conditions over Christmas/New Year and for group bookings.
ARRIVAL & WHERE TO FIND US
Our reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If your arrival will not be within this timeframe, you can find us either in Conrad's Easy or call us until 11:00 p.m. at +41 81 828 83 83. Please inform us in case of a late arrival.
Parking
A number of outdoor parking spaces are available for arrival and departure; the maximum parking time is 30 minutes. Directly opposite the lodge is a public parking garage where you can park your car for the special rate of CHF 18.00 per day. You can obtain your entry ticket at reception.
Rich lodge breakfast
Our extensive lodge breakfast consists of a buffet with a wide selection of local products, homemade cakes and jams, and you can also order hot dishes à la carte. We would be grateful if you would inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances. We can prepare practically all dishes lactose- or gluten-free for you!
Pets
Your four-legged friend is very welcome here and you are welcome to bring him/her into the restaurant. We charge CHF 15.00 per day for cleaning.
We provide a blanket, a dog bowl and a dog towel. Please do not let your four-legged friend sit directly on the upholstered furniture or beds. Please contact reception for additional blankets.
If your dog has an accident in the room, we will do our best to deal with it professionally (for a fee). In this case, please contact reception immediately.
BIKE ROOM / SKI ROOM
We have a room for bikes and skis that is equipped with sockets to charge e-bikes. You can also dry your ski boots there in winter or your wet shoes in summer and autumn.
