Egg specialties, Eggs Benedict, pancakes, and French toast accompany a diverse selection of regional products, freshly baked bread, Engadine butter, homemade jams, fresh juices, and select beverages. An experience that invites you to savor the unique flavors of the mountains first thing in the morning.

As the day draws to a close, Hugo Stüva transforms into a place for conviviality and culinary delights. From 6:00 pm, we serve dinner as well as our gourmet pizza: a light, crispy dough, top-quality ingredients, and creative combinations create an authentic taste experience – perfect for sharing in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
